We built the club
we wanted to join.

Golf got expensive. Courses got exclusive. And the culture got a little too comfortable keeping people out.

We love this game. And we hated what it was becoming.

So we built South Florida Golf Club, a membership community from Miami to Jupiter where the barrier is a monthly fee, not a net worth requirement. Where a 28 handicap and a scratch player tee off together and both walk off 18 with something.

The connections here are real. The deals are real. The friendships are real. We just happen to play golf while it's all happening.

And yeah, it's also just a really great excuse to be outside.
